"They are keen to change the towels and sheets but the rooms didn't seem particularly clean. At meals they are very friendly and rush to clear away plates even before you have finished, but trying to get water or warm coffee often took a while, and replacement cutlery was hard to come by and ran out half way through meals. My wife had a couple of bouts of vomiting and I gather that several families on different floors had a similar experience. I found all staff friendly, willing and helpful. Food...

"Clean and spacious property, close walking distance to yumbo centre, restaurants. Nice swimming pool. Shame this property does not offer B&B or half board basis, had nice restaurant but a lot of guests go out to eat, food looked good but not cheap. If they were to offer bed and breakfast deals, or even dinner, more people would stay and eat in. Nespresso machine in the room which was brilliant but only first 4 capsules free and then you got to pay or bring your own, also no spoons, just wooden...

"Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price."

"Excellent hotel, second time here. Fantastic facilities, view from the Pool is amazing! Food fantastic, room modern and clean, staff are great and work very hard! Room cleaned daily. Glass lift from hotel down to Puerto Rico harbour and amadores beach is fab! Really recommend this hotel."
